Own complex, multi-site enterprise robotics customer programs from scoping through production deployment and early adoption. Lead cross-functional technical, operational, and business stakeholders; manage customer relationships, KPIs, health, issue escalation, and deployment success. Owns HR operations and people infrastructure, including HRIS administration, benefits, multi-state compliance, employee relations, offboarding, immigration support, onboarding coordination, vendor management, and process scaling. Serves as the primary HR contact for employees and managers and will eventually manage an HR Coordinator.

Build and deploy AI agents, analytical tools, and automated workflows for strategy, deal sourcing, market intelligence, CRM operations, due diligence, and executive decision-making. Collaborate with the CSO and cross-functional teams while contributing to Walden’s shared agent platform. Own agent feedback loops, evaluations, observability, optimization, and reusable infrastructure using modern LLM tools, Python, data engineering, APIs, and workflow automation.

Support the design, prototyping, integration, testing, and debugging of electrical systems for humanoid robots. Responsibilities include schematic capture, PCB layout, component selection, hardware assembly, soldering, lab instrumentation, validation, data analysis, documentation, and collaboration with mechanical, firmware, and controls engineers. The role offers early-career engineers opportunities to develop broad technical ownership across compute, sensing, power, and motor-drive systems.

Own the planning and cross-functional execution of humanoid robot builds from prototype through production ramp. Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, blockers, manufacturing roadmaps, capacity, tooling, staffing, readiness reviews, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, build, and test teams while translating technical priorities into predictable build plans and driving decisions without direct authority.

Provide high-level support to C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, communications, expenses, and confidential information. Serve as a trusted strategic partner, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, resolve scheduling and operational issues, and support executive priorities across the organization. The role also involves planning events, preparing executive materials, collaborating with other assistants, and using AI and automation tools to improve workflows.

Own end-user IT across device lifecycle, identity and access, onboarding, Tier 1/2 support, service management, workplace technology, A/V, inventory, and automation. Serve as the escalation endpoint across Linux, macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android; lead cross-functional IT projects, manage contractors and vendors, maintain documentation and SLAs, and continuously improve support quality for a growing robotics organization.

Build and manage the company’s FP&A function, including revenue, capacity, cash, three-statement, long-range, and annual budget forecasts. Partner with department leaders on financial analysis, reporting, sales and pipeline forecasting, investor and board materials, and monthly financial reviews. The role will initially operate independently and later manage a Financial Analyst.

Build and manage trusted relationships with investors, partners, collaborators, and other external stakeholders. Coordinate executive visits, partner engagements, meetings, site visits, delegations, agendas, briefing materials, communications, and follow-up. Support cross-cultural collaboration, especially with Japanese partners, including translation and localization needs. Maintain engagement records and represent Walden Robotics professionally while handling sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

Lead cross-functional technical execution across hardware, software, and AI teams. Own the engineering roadmap, dependencies, timelines, operating cadence, OKRs, and technical synchronization. Support the CTO and senior technical leaders by preparing decisions, managing information flow, tracking follow-through, and removing blockers. Build scalable processes, workflows, and visibility systems that improve coordination, accountability, and execution across the engineering organization.

Design, analyze, prototype, test, and release robotic mechanical components and subassemblies, including mechanisms, joints, structures, housings, bearings, and sensor packaging. Own designs from concept through production while applying CAD, GD&T, tolerance analysis, hand calculations, and FEA. Collaborate with systems, controls, electrical, firmware, manufacturing, suppliers, and external partners on integration, validation, troubleshooting, and high-volume production.
