Document policies and processes, run internal audits, support external audits, ensure regulatory and customer compliance (defense sector), train staff, manage QMS documentation, and support supplier quality activities in collaboration with engineering and management.

Develop real-time AI/ML processing for edge sensor signal processing (drone detection, ATR). Propose back-end architecture improvements, integrate software into military/security systems, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure code quality with unit tests, and use Docker and CI/CD workflows.

Develop, implement, and maintain automated integration and system tests for real-time AI/ML image-processing software. Improve software QA processes and toolchains, integrate automated tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams on risk management, analyze software issues, and propose solutions.

Support procurement, supplier selection and contract negotiations; manage ordering, delivery tracking, goods receipt inspection, and inventory planning. Coordinate logistics and international shipments (ATA Carnets) for trade shows. Collect project status, prepare reports and quotations, and track customer delivery dates using Excel and ERP systems.

Design, architect, and deliver command-and-control (C2) software integrated into military and security systems. Implement end-to-end features across frontend and distributed backend services, optimize performance and reliability, define subcontractor work packages, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and operational requirements.
