Develop command-and-control software for autonomous defense and security systems. Responsibilities include full-stack feature ownership, distributed systems integration, real-time and low-latency software development, military standards compliance, system reliability improvements, and collaboration across engineering, product, sales, and R&D teams. The role requires strong Rust, C++, or Python skills, Linux expertise, networking knowledge, containerization experience, and fluency in English and German.

Design, train, and deploy real-time neural networks for image processing. Build MLOps pipelines, containerize models, orchestrate deployments, create automated tests, and integrate AI solutions with cross-functional teams for the AirScout product.

Develop and integrate real-time AI/ML edge processing systems (drone detection, ATR), propose backend architecture improvements, integrate software into military/security systems, define and review subcontractor work packages, and collaborate with R&D, sales, and product teams to meet requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
