Lead technical pre-sales for an enterprise SaaS supply-chain visibility platform. Conduct discovery, develop ROI cases, create customized demos and trials, support tenders and security questionnaires, align customer expectations with product capabilities, enable internal teams, collaborate on feature marketing, provide product feedback, and identify strategic technical partnerships.

Manage customer deployments of Wakeo’s SaaS transportation visibility solution in collaboration with the Integration team. Serve as the daily customer contact, coordinate project activities, conduct kickoffs and progress reviews, manage risks, and ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to process improvement, cross-functional platform initiatives, and junior team-member onboarding.

The Strategic Account Executive will lead business development, manage the complete sales cycle, and drive revenue growth by securing deals with Enterprise prospects, while fostering client relationships and developing sales strategies.
