Provides individualized career coaching to undergraduate and graduate business students through one-on-one and group coaching, presentations, programs, and employer treks. Lead division HR programs, supervise the Director of Talent Management, collaborate with HR and Provost leadership, and implement consistent HR processes aligned with institutional strategy.

Provide operational and project management support to the Associate Vice President and Philanthropic Engagement team: prioritize commitments, prepare briefings, manage shared work plans and dashboards, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, supervise a coordinator, and improve systems to increase efficiency and alignment across University Advancement.

Maintain and cultivate formal and greater garden areas, plant and prune, manage volunteers and student workers, support educational programs and events, operate grounds equipment and light vehicles, apply IPM and pesticide practices, and produce horticultural communications.

The News Director leads WFDD's newsroom, setting editorial agendas, guiding a team of journalists, managing workflows, and ensuring timely local news coverage across multiple platforms.

Coordinate WFDD's podcast incubator and produce three audio products (community, news-focused, youth). Manage production from concept to launch, handle editorial standards, schedules, training, equipment logistics, and audience growth strategies while collaborating with newsroom, marketing, and community partners.

The Budget & Financial Specialist manages budgeting, financial analysis, and policy communication for campus departments, ensuring compliance and providing financial management services.

Administer and configure enterprise applications (primarily Workday Student/HCM), manage security and business processes, troubleshoot integrations and escalated issues, support updates and tenants, collaborate with functional teams and developers, mentor staff, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automation.

Responsible for managing the operating budget and financial planning processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and providing analytics and support to campus partners. Supervises a team of analysts and oversees budget reporting and training.

Provide front-line customer service at the Bridger Fieldhouse ticket office: answer inbound calls and walk-up patrons, sell tickets using Paciolan (training provided), handle will-call and guest distribution, and work ticketed athletic events. Requires Microsoft Office proficiency, strong communication skills, minor lifting, and participation in background/drug screening for final candidates.
