Provides leadership for campus crisis response, threat assessment, student risk mitigation, protest and demonstration support, and high-risk event planning. Oversees the Threat Assessment Team, coordinates with University Police and campus partners, manages campus climate reports, implements administrative actions, and supports student interventions. Serves as a senior advisor and deputy to the Dean of Students, handles special projects, participates in a 24-hour on-call rotation, and responds to emergencies.

Manages alumni volunteer networks, council project teams, reunion programming, recognition initiatives, and student-alumni connections for the School of Business. Coordinates regional alumni events, tracks engagement metrics, evaluates feedback, develops process improvements, and pilots initiatives to strengthen alumni participation and community affinity. The role requires relationship management, event coordination, stakeholder collaboration, data-informed program development, and periodic after-hours work and travel.

Supports financial aid systems operations, federal and institutional data exchanges, file processing, system monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, annual setup, documentation, and staff training. The role administers PowerFAIDS and Workday Student functionality, investigates processing errors and data discrepancies, maintains operational controls, collaborates with university technology and administrative teams, protects confidential information, and contributes to process improvements in a regulated environment.
