Lead retirement plan compliance and administration, manage Workday benefits configuration and reporting, perform audits and data reconciliation, monitor regulations, produce analyses and training, support benefits communication and third-party relationships.

Administer and configure enterprise applications (primarily Workday Student/HCM), manage security and business processes, troubleshoot integrations and escalated issues, support updates and tenants, collaborate with functional teams and developers, mentor staff, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and automation.

Responsible for managing the operating budget and financial planning processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP and providing analytics and support to campus partners. Supervises a team of analysts and oversees budget reporting and training.
