Provides restaurant service as a server, host, or cook. Responsibilities include serving customers, greeting and seating guests, maintaining dining-area cleanliness, preparing made-to-order food, following food-safety practices, and working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Associates must communicate clearly, multitask, accept feedback, and support sales and service goals. Opportunities include supervisor and restaurant-management advancement.

Manage daily restaurant production and service operations, including profit and loss, food-cost controls, forecasting, scheduling, inventory, coaching, training, food safety, customer service, and policy enforcement. The role includes a paid 9–12 week management training program with restaurant rotations and leadership development. Managers work a guaranteed six-days-on, two-days-off schedule and may progress through Waffle House’s internal leadership path.
