Act as technical specialist for bogies and wheelsets delivering engineering solutions: produce and approve technical documentation, perform risk assessments, investigate failures, support tenders, liaise with customers/suppliers, and maintain project plans and deliverables.

Perform validation and type testing of PowerCollection products including climatic, EMC, vibration, heating and corrosion tests; measure electrical and physical quantities per specifications; prepare reports in Czech and English; work primarily on-site with some external laboratory work across the Czech Republic.

Lead the Engineering PMO to coordinate projects, resources, budgets, and timelines across international sites. Drive project governance, data quality, reporting, and tool integration. Develop analytics and dashboards, optimize engineering processes and tools, and align stakeholders across Engineering, Project Management, Finance, and Management.
