Leads industrial sales operations for combustion products, systems, and services. Responsibilities include managing regional sales engineers, supporting project bids, developing contracts and pricing systems, managing customer and sales documentation, coordinating technical support between U.S. and China teams, executing marketing plans, assessing order risks, and achieving sales budgets. Requires strong thermal equipment expertise, national-level sales management experience, networking skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
