Serve as the site HR business partner leading local HR team and programs. Manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance, succession planning, KPIs, policy implementation, change management, and Lean-driven HR process improvements for a manufacturing site.

Partner with site leadership as the HR business lead for Upfit. Manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, HR KPIs, Lean-based process improvements, and lead the site HR team through organizational change and development.

Lead and manage regional sales activities, develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business, maintain key customer and distributor relationships, analyze sales data and provide forecasts. Collaborate with marketing and product teams and represent the company at industry events. Role requires significant travel within a multi-state region.
