Teams at Wabash

Perform grinding, buffing, deburring, and finishing of metal tanks and bottles using electrical and pneumatic tools; inspect surfaces and welds for defects; work in confined spaces; follow safety procedures and wear PPE; set up and operate equipment; flex to other departments as needed.

Support and lead lean continuous improvement efforts enterprise-wide using WMS and other methodologies. Facilitate improvement events, deliver training, assess program effectiveness, report progress to leadership, coordinate multiple projects, develop value stream transformation plans, maintain budgets and timelines, and coach teams to remove waste and improve processes.

Support and maintain EOHS programs to ensure regulatory compliance; conduct audits, training, recordkeeping, incident response, permit management, supplier/contractor compliance, and EHS software use. Advise management, develop procedures, support fire protection, spill response, CapEx review, and continuous improvement.
