Manages the site-wide human resources function and serves as a strategic partner to leadership. Oversees recruitment, employee relations, investigations, performance management, succession planning, policy implementation, organizational change, compliance, and employee development. Leads the local HR team, advises manufacturing leaders, tracks HR KPIs, supports communications and business initiatives, and promotes organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Supports designated business units through recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, policy interpretation, workforce planning, reporting, and employee engagement initiatives. Partners with managers and employees, addresses workplace concerns, manages corrective actions, supports compliance, and maintains communication with production-floor personnel. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, organizational skills, employment-law knowledge, HRIS and payroll experience, and preferably bilingual English-Spanish capabilities.

Finance intern supporting Investor Relations while gaining practical experience through a meaningful business project, leadership presentations, professional development sessions, mentoring, and networking. The role targets students pursuing Finance, Accounting, Business, or Management degrees with strong analytical and organizational skills and an interest in macroeconomics.
