Provides administrative and reception support by managing calendars, communications, documents, reports, meetings, minutes, filing systems, travel arrangements, expenses, and events. The role also supports video conferencing, improves administrative procedures, and coordinates information and training requests. Requires independent judgment, problem-solving, collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Slack, Adobe Acrobat, e-signing tools, and related productivity applications.

Provide telescope and instrument support for visiting astronomers, maintain and develop scientific instruments and software, contribute to data reduction pipelines and adaptive optics projects, and perform independent research (20% time) leading to publications.

Lead scientific and operational support for Keck's precision radial velocity capabilities (Keck Planet Finder). Monitor system health, develop and run data-quality checks in the PRV data reduction pipeline, coordinate with instrument scientists, developers, vendors, and users, support instrument maintenance and upgrades, and contribute to scientific research and documentation to maximize exoplanet science output.
