Lead annual and multi-year financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide strategic financial insights, oversee project/program financials, manage sponsored programs and federal grant compliance, and apply advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to support leadership decision-making and Board reporting.

Design, analyze, test, install, and maintain mechanical and opto-mechanical systems for astronomical observatory operations. Produce CAD models, FEA, drawings (ASME Y14/GD&T), technical documentation, installation and operations procedures, and support field assembly, troubleshooting, and subcontractor efforts while ensuring safety and standards compliance.

Design, analyze, test, install, and maintain complex mechanical and opto-mechanical systems for telescopes. Use 3D CAD and FEA, lead assembly and field installations, produce ASME-standard documentation, ensure safety, and provide systems engineering and project management including subcontract oversight.
