Assess and qualify supplier production parts against specifications; review supplier data, monitor and report defect rates, perform supplier audits (ISO, NADCAP), and guide suppliers on process improvements and quality assurance to ensure manufacturing compliance.

Design, prototype, and debug blind fastener cold-forming progressive header tooling. Perform dimensional, metallurgical and functional analysis, detail tooling design, define manufacturing methods, support testing, qualification, production implementation, vendor coordination, and machine selection/industrialization. Use SolidWorks and CAE tools; drive continuous improvement and resolve tooling issues.

Serve as the strategic finance business partner for the Wealth & Annuity segment, advising leadership on strategy, performance management, product pricing, M&A, capital and reinsurance strategy. Lead finance staff, develop and maintain financial and actuarial models, drive profitability and coordinate across investment, ALM, valuation, and reporting functions to support decision-making and execution.

Provide collaborative care management for patients across the continuum, coordinating resources and communication among nurses, social workers, physicians, caregivers, and community providers to optimize outcomes and facilitate discharge and utilization management.

Lead supply chain program management for space and airborne systems, coordinating engineering, program management, and operations to optimize suppliers, mitigate risks, support DFx changes, track deliverables and metrics, drive cost reduction and process improvements, and manage supplier performance and relationships to meet program and customer requirements.
