Build relationships with architects and interior designers to drive product specifications and sales growth. Represent surfacing and hardware brands as a product and technical resource, conduct customer outreach, attend industry events, collaborate with sales teams, maintain product libraries and CRM records, and support web and social media content. The role requires presentations, specification-process knowledge, local travel, occasional overnight trips, significant driving, and lifting over 25 pounds.

Lead supply chain program management for space and airborne systems, coordinating engineering, program management, and operations to optimize suppliers, mitigate risks, support DFx changes, track deliverables and metrics, drive cost reduction and process improvements, and manage supplier performance and relationships to meet program and customer requirements.

Design, prototype, and debug blind fastener cold-forming progressive header tooling. Perform dimensional, metallurgical and functional analysis, detail tooling design, define manufacturing methods, support testing, qualification, production implementation, vendor coordination, and machine selection/industrialization. Use SolidWorks and CAE tools; drive continuous improvement and resolve tooling issues.
