Own relationships with international banking customers, driving satisfaction, product adoption, retention, and account growth. Develop success plans, lead business reviews, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and coordinate Product, Professional Services, and Support teams. The role requires payments-domain knowledge, enterprise customer relationship experience, commercial awareness, and the ability to engage business, technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

Lead client discovery and translate fraud typologies into functional specifications. Scope and shape tailored fraud detection solutions, work with technical and data science teams, run QA, configure rules/scenarios, analyze data, manage stakeholders, and support pre-sales while monitoring APAC fraud and AML regulatory developments.

The role involves developing and maintaining scalable systems for financial institutions, focusing on fraud detection and transaction analysis using various technologies.
