Lead health plan partnerships across California, owning client success, retention, renewals, revenue growth, and strategic expansion of CalAIM programs. Manage executive relationships, contract performance, KPIs, SLAs, quality outcomes, and account planning. Coordinate clinical, data, finance, legal, and operational teams to resolve eligibility, claims, authorization, and service issues. Deliver business reviews, dashboards, regulatory guidance, and escalation management while ensuring compliance with Medi-Cal, DHCS, HIPAA, and contractual requirements.

Build and own end-to-end healthcare product features across backend APIs and frontend interfaces. Develop secure GraphQL and REST services with Python and FastAPI, and responsive React/TypeScript applications. Manage data models, authentication, integrations, testing, feature flags, search, and event-driven workflows. Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, user-friendly software for clinical care.
