Manage end-to-end non-technical recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, stakeholder collaboration, pipeline development, recruitment events, and hiring metrics tracking. Recruit primarily for sales, field sales, and customer support roles while meeting hiring targets and timelines.

Provide enterprise-level desktop and technical support by installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining operating systems, applications, networks, and hardware. Diagnose and resolve customer issues through phone, email, chat, and remote-support tools. Manage tickets, document solutions, escalate complex problems, train users, support software and hardware deployments, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Develop and manage B2C leads across India for a SaaS accounting product. Responsibilities include promptly contacting assigned customers, scheduling and delivering product demonstrations, answering business-use-case questions, following up, converting subscriptions, adhering to sales procedures, and onboarding customers. The role requires client management, sales and negotiation abilities, relationship-building skills, Hindi and English fluency, and preferably regional language proficiency.
