Responsibilities include building qualified pipelines, managing the complete sales cycle, developing client relationships, preparing and negotiating techno-commercial proposals, navigating open-access opportunities, tracking market intelligence, maintaining CRM accuracy, and coordinating with design, commercial, statutory-clearance, and execution teams through PO handover.

Manages project sites as the primary customer and company representative. Oversees civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work; testing, commissioning, performance testing, and plant handover. Coordinates contractors, labor, equipment, materials, procurement, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, security, administration, billing, and inventory. Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly work plans, monitors progress, develops corrective actions, supports solar installation documentation and scheduling, and provides administrative support to the project manager.

Responsibilities include site feasibility, system sizing, energy-yield simulation, BOQ preparation, electrical studies, SLDs and wiring documentation, regulatory compliance, equipment protection, site surveys, and coordination with procurement, project execution, clients, vendors, and inspectors. Requires strong solar, electrical, structural, safety, and grid-interconnection knowledge.

Drive C&I solar EPC business development across North India by building qualified pipelines, managing the full sales cycle, developing open access opportunities, and closing purchase orders. Manage client relationships, techno-commercial proposals, negotiations, pricing, margins, and contract terms. Track market intelligence and CRM activity, report pipeline performance, coordinate site feasibility and statutory teams, and ensure effective handover from order booking to project execution.

Perform system sizing, energy-yield forecasting, inverter, string, cable, short-circuit, load-flow, and voltage-drop calculations. Prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, BOQs, technical specifications, and design reports using PVsyst, HelioScope, and AutoCAD. Conduct site assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate with procurement and execution teams, support installation and commissioning, and resolve site design issues.
