Build and maintain executive dashboards, MIS reports, and automated analytics for sales, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and projects. Analyze business performance, explain variances, track KPIs, prepare leadership and Board materials, support business cases and scenario models, and improve data governance. The role also validates data, resolves discrepancies, documents reporting logic, and partners with IT and digitization teams on integrations and analytics automation.

Manages risk-based internal audits across manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, finance, HR, IT, projects, and commercial processes. Evaluates controls, compliance, operational efficiency, fraud risks, and governance frameworks; prepares audit reports and recommendations; tracks corrective actions; applies data analytics for continuous monitoring; supports risk assessments, investigations, and interactions with senior management, audit committees, external auditors, and regulators.

Manage and grow B2B solar key accounts across North India. Drive sales, business development, pricing, negotiations, revenue and margin targets, customer engagements, and order-to-cash coordination. Collaborate with pre-sales, engineering, logistics, and finance to execute projects. Represent the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Leads external, internal, IPO, investor, media, and corporate communications for the Group. Responsibilities include developing PR and communication strategies, managing global media visibility, handling crisis policies, coordinating sponsored events, monitoring media and competitors, managing Viva Engage content, supporting employee engagement initiatives, preparing IPO and investor communications, training spokespersons, coordinating roadshows, and promoting marquee projects and business wins.

Manages corporate communications and the CMD’s public profile, including speeches, briefing materials, media coordination, thought leadership, and engagement calendars. Builds and manages the CMD’s presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, blogs, and other digital channels; develops content calendars, coordinates creative agencies, monitors analytics, and reports performance. Supports branding, marketing, and corporate affairs initiatives while handling sensitive leadership communications with discretion.

Manage end-to-end FTL shipment operations including planning, tracking, vendor and fleet management, customer coordination, documentation, cost control, and performance reporting. Use TMS and GPS tools, maintain MIS dashboards, ensure compliance, optimize routing and freight costs, handle escalations, and coordinate with internal teams while supporting junior staff.

Manage end-to-end FTL operations including planning, monitoring, and resolving shipment issues. Onboard and manage transport vendors, negotiate rates, control costs, and ensure compliance and documentation. Coordinate with customers and internal teams, maintain MIS dashboards, use TMS/GPS for tracking, and optimize routing to meet KPIs.

Lead MIS strategy and team to build dashboards, reports, and integrations. Analyze data, ensure data governance and system performance, translate business needs into technical specs, collaborate cross-functionally, advise on MIS/BI best practices, present insights to senior management, and manage external vendors.
