Provide MDS coordination as an RN or LPN, ensuring high-quality resident care, supporting clinical leadership, and upholding organizational mission and values. Promote growth, learning, and positive resident/family interactions.

Provide compassionate nursing support and build relationships with elderly residents. Conduct resident/patient assessments, charting, and presentations; understand admissions and payment sources; travel frequently (75%) to hospitals; participate in ongoing education and in-service training.

Provide high-quality nursing care and daily interaction with residents, guests, families, and team members. Lead and support caregiving staff, promote a positive image, and foster learning and growth. Must be a licensed nurse with CPR certification and leadership experience.
