Provides high-quality nursing care to residents while interacting compassionately with residents, families, guests, and team members. The Charge Nurse is expected to maintain a caring, positive, and professional presence, exceed care expectations, and demonstrate personal integrity. Candidates must hold an applicable nursing license and current CPR certification.

Coordinate and complete MDS assessments, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation, support care planning and quality improvement, track assessment schedules, and help maximize reimbursement while promoting resident-centered care.

The MDS Coordinator (RN) oversees MDS assessments, collaborates with teams to create care plans, mentors staff, and builds relationships with residents.
