Évreux Portes de Normandie

Évreux Portes de Normandie is an intercommunal agglomeration created in January 2017 that groups 74 communes around Évreux (≈115–117k residents). It delivers shared public services — economic development, transport planning, waste and water management, urban planning, early childhood and social housing — to strengthen local attractiveness and coordinate municipal services across the territory.
