Prepares financial reports, P&L statements, journal entries, bank reconciliations, account allocations, and general ledger records. Supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, audits, budgeting, balance sheet reconciliations, and the Controller and CFO. Performs revenue and reporting audits while analyzing transactions and maintaining accurate accounting files.

Maintains and replenishes clinical supply inventory, tracks orders, receipts, issuances, returns, shortages, damages, and expiration dates. Communicates supply issues and product changes with clinical staff, monitors compliance and safety, maintains organized stock areas, contacts departments about service concerns, and prepares weekly inventory and service reports. Requires a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, professional communication, and two years of customer relations or materials management experience; healthcare experience is preferred.

Manages daily healthcare support-service operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll, onboarding, training, performance management, client communications, compliance, safety audits, invoicing coordination, and customer satisfaction. Leads team members, maintains service plans, resolves complaints, supports recruiting and retention, and ensures high service standards across client locations.
