Manages day-to-day healthcare support operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll, onboarding, training, performance management, client communications, compliance, invoicing, safety audits, and customer satisfaction. Leads healthcare service teams, partners with Recruiting, People, Training, and Finance, maintains service plans, addresses complaints, and ensures high-quality service delivery and team member evaluations.

Maintains and replenishes clinical supply inventory, tracks orders, receipts, issuances, returns, shortages, damages, and expiration dates. Communicates supply issues and product changes with clinical staff, monitors compliance and safety, maintains organized stock areas, contacts departments about service concerns, and prepares weekly inventory and service reports. Requires a high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, professional communication, and two years of customer relations or materials management experience; healthcare experience is preferred.
