Manage AP/AR and support the full accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, monthly close, and financial reporting. Ensure GAAP compliance, support audits and controls, and improve accounting systems (Sage Intacct). Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and help scale processes and documentation as the finance team grows.

Lead customer implementations of VPL software, act as liaison across stakeholders, gather requirements, configure and launch solutions, manage project timelines and risks, document best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage a portfolio of healthcare accounts as primary contact, monitor account health and metrics, lead customer meetings, deliver reports and insights, resolve day-to-day issues with internal partners, support renewals, and improve customer experience.

Own and deepen a portfolio of customer relationships, develop and execute strategic account plans, drive measurable customer value, identify risks and opportunities, present data-backed recommendations, coordinate cross-functional solutions, and maintain strong consultative relationships to ensure retention and growth.

Own a portfolio of strategic B2B accounts as a trusted advisor, driving retention, expansion, and adoption. Build executive relationships, create account plans, analyze customer data to uncover savings and growth, lead renewals and executive business reviews, resolve escalations, mentor account team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve healthcare logistics programs.

Own and prioritize a dual-facing analytics portfolio, translating stakeholder strategy into technical requirements. Partner with data engineers to optimize Snowflake schemas and semantic layers, design self-service data models, and monitor dashboard performance and data integrity for internal and external Power BI reporting.

Manage supplier relationships via outbound calls/emails, analyze shipping and compliance data to identify opportunities and gaps, drive supplier compliance and revenue targets, document findings in Salesforce, and support process improvements across accounts.

Provide front-line product and technical support for VPL's SaaS logistics platform, troubleshoot freight and specialty pharmacy issues, communicate solutions to customers and internal teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive customer success and adoption.
