Lead full-cycle, high-volume recruitment to staff a new Student Transportation division in Kingston. Source, interview, hire, onboard candidates, track ATS metrics, build community partnerships, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and optimize recruitment processes for a start-up launch.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will manage transportation operations, oversee staff scheduling, lead team performance, ensure compliance, support fleet management, and handle administrative reporting while being available on-call for emergencies.

Support payroll processing for multiple companies by maintaining HRIS/payroll records, entering employee changes, preparing pay calculations, reports, remittances, year-end forms (T4, ROE), and responding to government and internal payroll inquiries, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll legislation.

Transport students safely on scheduled routes as a School Bus Driver. Must hold appropriate Ontario driving licence, provide clean driving abstract, clear vulnerable sector criminal check, communicate professionally, follow defensive driving practices, complete on-the-job training, and work independently while supporting student safety and community schedules.

Provide first-line IT helpdesk support for internal users: triage and resolve tickets, troubleshoot Windows and mobile OS issues, guide users through solutions, escalate unresolved problems, maintain logs, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation. Ensure excellent customer service and suggest procedural improvements.
