Perform driving duties on a set route while providing lead support for transit operations: vehicle cleaning and inspections, basic maintenance reporting, vehicle switch-outs, driver assistance, scheduling, data entry, and administrative tasks. Use Microsoft Office applications and transit technology (tablets, smart card readers). Provide customer service, enforce safety protocols, and work evenings and weekends in the Sarnia area.

Lead daily operations of a 24/7 Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Logistics Centre, managing dispatch, call centre teams, KPIs, scheduling, budgets, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, hiring, reporting, stakeholder communication, and ensure regulatory and service-level compliance while supporting flexible shifts and on-call coverage.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for the Kitchener-Waterloo region: post jobs, source and interview candidates, maintain ATS and hiring documentation, report metrics, coordinate onboarding with cross-functional teams, execute social media/recruitment campaigns, build community partnerships, and support regional travel for recruitment activities.
