The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across company divisions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding documentation, and candidate follow-up. The role tracks recruitment metrics, partners with leaders and marketing, develops community and social media recruitment strategies, improves processes, and supports a positive new-hire experience. This is an onsite Ajax position with travel throughout Durham, the GTA, and York regions.

Oversee daily transit operations, including staff scheduling, coverage, performance monitoring, payroll accuracy, vehicle cleanliness, incident follow-up, KPI reporting, and compliance with transportation contracts. Support unionized employees, onboarding, license upgrades, training coordination, employee engagement, and collaboration with Human Resources, Maintenance, and Health & Safety. The supervisor also serves as an after-hours contact for divisional emergencies.
