As an Operations Supervisor, you will manage transportation operations, oversee staff scheduling, lead team performance, ensure compliance, support fleet management, and handle administrative reporting while being available on-call for emergencies.

Support payroll processing for multiple companies by maintaining HRIS/payroll records, entering employee changes, preparing pay calculations, reports, remittances, year-end forms (T4, ROE), and responding to government and internal payroll inquiries, ensuring compliance with Canadian payroll legislation.
