Process vendor invoices, payment runs, vendor records, reconciliations, and cash disbursements. Designs and governs the organization’s Workday architecture across HCM, Payroll, security, configuration, and integrations. Leads implementations, transformations, upgrades, and tenant consolidations; establishes configuration and governance standards; owns integrations with third-party systems; evaluates Workday releases; ensures data integrity and audit readiness; mentors administrators; and serves as the escalation point for complex technical issues.

Administers and supports the Workday system, including configuration, security roles, business processes, reports, calculated fields, EIB data loads, integrations, release testing, and user support. The role audits sensitive HR and payroll data, maintains documentation, resolves tickets, and supports seasonal HR processes such as open enrollment and compensation reviews. It partners with the Workday Architect on larger configuration and integration changes.

Develop perception and autonomy software for lunar rovers and robotic spacecraft. Responsibilities include stereo vision, LiDAR, sensor fusion, visual-inertial odometry, hazard detection, mapping, localization, motion control, path planning, embedded optimization, flight software integration, simulation, and HIL/SIL testing. The role requires C++ and Python development and supports robotic systems operating in mission-critical space and defense environments.

Designs and analyzes complex mechanical and propulsion systems, including actuators, pressure vessels, igniters, valves, thrusters, and solid rocket motors. Develops CAD models and drawings, performs structural, dynamic, thermal, tolerance, mass, and ballistics analyses, and supports manufacturing, assembly, testing, and systems engineering. Develops CAD models, performs structural, dynamic, thermal, tolerance, and ballistics analyses, and supports materials development, manufacturing, testing, systems engineering, and avionics. Leads technical decisions, manufacturing planning, test activities, risk analysis, and cross-functional communication. Requires seven to ten years of mechanical engineering experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.

Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure across Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Okta, Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, networks, firewalls, VPNs, and Active Directory. Automate administrative tasks through scripting, document systems and procedures, resolve escalated support tickets, and participate in on-call support. The role is onsite in Jefferson and Golden, Colorado, with company-wide remote support responsibilities.

Own mechanical design and analysis for spacecraft electronics payloads from concept through flight. Responsibilities include CAD modeling, detailed drawings, structural and thermal analysis, bolted-joint and fatigue analysis, materials selection, manufacturing instructions, environmental testing, design reviews, vendor coordination, and multidisciplinary integration. Leads Voyager’s global trade compliance program, covering ITAR, EAR, OFAC sanctions, customs, imports, anti-boycott rules, product classification, licensing, screening, audits, incident response, and government inquiries. Advises executives and cross-functional teams on international trade risks, supports global expansion and M&A, and builds and manages the trade compliance team. Serves as Export Control Officer and empowered official.

Analyzes revenue operations data using Salesforce, NetSuite, and Excel to support pipeline forecasting, financial reporting, budgeting, dashboards, and executive decisions. Responsibilities include data validation, modeling, variance analysis, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Business Development, and Salesforce administration.
