Develops and maintains Integrated Master Schedules for aerospace, defense, NASA, and commercial programs. Responsibilities include critical path and schedule integrity analysis, cost-schedule integration, EVM support, baseline management, forecasting, variance analysis, proposal scheduling, and performance reporting. The role collaborates with program managers, engineers, finance, contracts, procurement, and leadership across multiple contract types and program lifecycles.

Process vendor invoices, payment runs, vendor records, reconciliations, and cash disbursements. Support general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, internal controls, financial reporting, audit requests, and integration of acquired companies. Ensure accurate, timely transactions under U.S. GAAP while collaborating with procurement teams and controllers.

Directs execution of advanced technology and IR&D programs from inception through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, customer relationships, and program personnel. Leads cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, finance, supply chain, quality, and business development. Supports technology maturation, capture strategies, executive program reviews, customer engagements, and follow-on business opportunities within a secure defense environment.
