Leads engineers and technicians through the complete rocket motor and DACS testing lifecycle, including facility design, certification, test planning, execution, data analysis, reporting, and production acceptance. Serves as Test Engineer and Test Conductor for propulsion campaigns, directs environmental and process-safety activities, interfaces with DoD and MDA customers, and supports proposals, staffing plans, and facility assessments. Requires extensive propulsion integration and test leadership experience, active Secret clearance, and 15–20% travel.

Provides onsite Tier 1–3 IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, operating systems, Microsoft 365, endpoints, identity access, VPNs, peripherals, and meeting-room technology. Manages tickets, device and asset lifecycles, onboarding and offboarding, access workflows, documentation, local infrastructure support, and secure-site operations. Collaborates with enterprise IT, cybersecurity, networking, facilities, and program teams while following change control, export-control, CUI, and classified-information security requirements.

Develops cryogenic rocket propulsion systems for sub-orbital VTVL vehicles, covering component sizing, design, analysis, fabrication, testing, modeling, trade studies, drawings, specifications, vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and technical reporting. The role focuses on combustion devices, fluid and thermal systems, turbomachinery, tanks, pressurization, and propulsion test activities while collaborating across offices and supporting safety and technical readiness reviews.
