Source, negotiate and manage a portfolio of luxury hotels for a dedicated destination. Build relationships with hoteliers, create exclusive campaigns, collaborate with Marketing/Content/Revenue teams, monitor market trends, and travel regularly to meet partners on site to drive revenue and campaign performance.

Lead and build Voyage Privé's paid acquisition engine across Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Aggregators and App channels. Define multi-year strategy, own multi-million euro budgets, implement AI-driven bidding and measurement (attribution, MMM, incrementality, LTV/CAC), manage media partnerships, run experimentation frameworks, and grow a six-person team while partnering with Product, Data, CRM and Commercial teams to drive profitable, scalable growth.

Lead the creation of a unified inbound growth engine spanning SEO, AI-powered discovery, content, CRO, earned and organic social, and creator marketing. Define strategy, measurement, and operating model; build and coach a multidisciplinary team; partner cross-functionally to convert discoverability into profitable customer acquisition and lifetime value using data-driven experimentation and AI-enabled content operations.
