The Tech Helpdesk role involves providing first- and second-level IT support, managing IT equipment, maintaining infrastructure, and participating in projects for continuous improvement.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable, distributed, message-driven systems. Contribute code, define data consistency and observability patterns, mentor engineers, drive modernization, and partner with Product and Infrastructure to shape roadmap and reliability.

Lead the Booking engineering team to deliver reliable, scalable checkout and payment systems. Own architecture, API design, observability, incident management, and KPI-driven improvements while mentoring engineers and aligning technical decisions with business priorities.

Design, build, deploy and operate scalable, high-traffic services with an AI-first mindset. Own systems end-to-end, participate in on-call rotations, improve performance and reliability, contribute to architecture and APIs, collaborate with Product and Data, and uphold code quality, testing and CI/CD practices.

Manage and grow a portfolio of hotels across Normandie, Picardie and Hauts-de-France: source and negotiate exclusive campaigns, onboard and maintain partner relationships, coordinate with Marketing/Content/Revenue teams, monitor market trends, and travel regularly to meet partners and drive revenue targets.

Lead the data agenda for a product domain: produce actionable analytics, optimize dashboards and metrics, ensure data quality and scalable models, collaborate with product, engineering and data teams, identify advanced-analytics opportunities, and promote data literacy to drive business decisions.
