Lead the CRM data agenda: partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to analyze customer lifecycle, run A/B tests, build and optimize dashboards, ensure data quality and scalable models, enable segmentation and customer scoring, and drive data-driven decisions to improve retention and LTV.

Build and embed security across the platform by implementing secure architectures, automated CI/CD guardrails (SAST/SCA/secrets), threat modeling, vulnerability remediation, and incident readiness. Advise engineering teams, secure hybrid cloud and container environments, drive risk assessments, develop internal security tools, and participate in on-call rotations to improve incident response and security posture.

Own and grow Voyage Privé's Portuguese hotel portfolio: source and negotiate hotel partnerships and exclusive campaigns, manage mixed direct and DMC relationships, collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign performance, monitor market dynamics, and travel regularly to meet partners and represent the company.
