Lead org-level architecture and delivery of distributed, stateless, scalable systems. Contribute code, design async/message-driven solutions (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS/pubsub), enforce data consistency patterns, improve observability and CI/CD, mentor engineers, reduce technical debt, and drive modernization across teams.

Lead the CRM data agenda: partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to analyze customer lifecycle, run A/B tests, build and optimize dashboards, ensure data quality and scalable models, enable segmentation and customer scoring, and drive data-driven decisions to improve retention and LTV.

Lead and build Voyage Privé's paid acquisition engine across Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Aggregators and App channels. Define multi-year strategy, own multi-million euro budgets, implement AI-driven bidding and measurement (attribution, MMM, incrementality, LTV/CAC), manage media partnerships, run experimentation frameworks, and grow a six-person team while partnering with Product, Data, CRM and Commercial teams to drive profitable, scalable growth.
