Design, implement, and productionize computer vision algorithms (detection, tracking, pose, activity, anomaly) for low-latency edge deployment. Build scalable ML data ingestion, retraining and redeployment pipelines, and partner cross-functionally to tailor ML solutions for customer deployments.

Own onboarding, training, and relationship management for a portfolio of mid-market accounts. Drive platform adoption, monitor customer health, escalate issues, support senior CSMs, maintain account records, and contribute to onboarding materials and best practices.

Second-line technical support for enterprise customers: own escalations, troubleshoot edge AI platform hardware/network/software, reproduce bugs, coordinate with Engineering and Customer Success, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations.

Own the full post-sale lifecycle for a portfolio of mid-market accounts: drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
