Lead post-sale customer success for CCaaS/CX customers: build executive relationships, drive adoption and optimization, manage renewals/expansion, coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain customer health and records in Salesforce/ServiceNow, and deliver measurable business value and account growth.

Monitor and support customer applications and cloud environments 24/7. Apply AI solutions and automations, deliver enhancements, manage performance and scheduled changes, perform basic health validations, coordinate communications and triage with technical teams, and maintain high system availability while interfacing directly with customers.

Design, configure, test, and deploy Genesys suite products. Develop and deploy custom applications integrating with Genesys. Troubleshoot and resolve Genesys and ancillary call center technology issues. Estimate and respond to project proposals, advise clients on best practices, and provide on-call support for complex Genesys-related issues. May require US travel.

Support and test enterprise contact center systems (Genesys). Develop test strategies, create end-to-end test cases, build testing frameworks, execute test plans, automate tests, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams while supporting reporting and ETL using SQL.
