Serves as the senior technical owner of Vaylent’s Epicor ERP environment. Designs and supports Epicor customizations, BPMs, queries, dashboards, integrations, reports, upgrades, testing, and data migrations. Supports digital work instructions, shop-floor workflows, manufacturing integrations, application controls, and CMMC-related audit requirements. The role documents the technical environment, reduces customization debt and external dependency, resolves production issues, and provides technical direction to partners. This is a remote role requiring travel and onsite presence as needed for upgrades, cutovers, and operational support.

Leads engineering support for CNC manufacturing operations, providing shop-floor technical troubleshooting, machining strategy, manufacturability reviews, process planning, tooling and setup guidance, and continuous improvement. Reviews drawings, GD&T, models, CNC programs, equipment, inspection methods, and production routings. Coordinates with machinists, production, quality, planning, and operations while managing engineering priorities for complex aerospace and defense components.

Supports enterprise strategy development, strategic initiatives, cross-functional integration, business performance analysis, executive decision support, and organizational planning. Develops workplans, dashboards, business cases, governance structures, and recommendations; tracks strategic objectives, coordinates stakeholders, manages risks, and improves operating rhythms. The role partners across Finance, Operations, Programs, Business Development, Supply Chain, and Engineering in an aerospace and defense manufacturing environment.

Own and administer secure infrastructure supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing, including license servers, GCC High, Windows/Linux servers, identity, endpoints, backups, patching, disaster recovery, and engineering CAD/PLM systems. Partner with cloud and network engineering teams on hybrid identity, AWS GovCloud integration, endpoint compliance, and secure data flows. Maintain CMMC Level 2 and ITAR audit readiness, infrastructure availability, vulnerability remediation, and standardized systems administration processes.

Serves as the senior HR leader for an aerospace and manufacturing site, partnering with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, recruiting, leadership development, performance management, and change initiatives. Leads full-cycle recruiting, HR metrics, employee engagement, and site HR operations while guiding an onsite HR representative and collaborating with centralized HR teams on payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS, and policy administration.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis by developing models, preparing budget-to-actual and cash flow analyses, reporting KPIs, performing profitability and scenario analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.

Perform FP&A activities including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance and KPI analysis, cash flow and capital evaluation, reporting to leadership, supporting cross-functional partners, and ad-hoc and M&A financial analyses to inform business decisions.

Provide analytics, reporting, and administrative support across operations: build dashboards and KPIs, analyze data to recommend improvements, maintain CRM/ERP and document systems, support project coordination, proposals, engineering change tracking, SOPs, and shipping/records in a precision manufacturing environment.

The Senior Accountant will reconcile accounts, prepare financial statements, manage fixed assets, support month-end closings, and improve cost tracking processes.

The End-Item Flight Hardware Program Manager ensures successful execution of aerospace projects, managing cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction while coordinating across various departments to meet project goals.

Drive efficiency in a CNC machine shop, optimize production schedules, improve factory throughput, and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards. Collaborate with teams to reduce cycle times and improve overall cost efficiency.

Create and validate NC programs for complex aerospace parts using CATIA V5, Vericut, and ICAM; develop manufacturing plans; design fixturing; define tooling and cutting strategies; mentor shop personnel; support root-cause/corrective actions and continuous improvement; ensure compliance with customer requirements and ITAR rules.
