Maintain CMMC Level 2 and ITAR audit readiness, infrastructure availability, vulnerability remediation, and standardized systems administration processes.

Serves as the senior technical owner of Vaylent’s Epicor ERP environment. Designs and supports Epicor customizations, BPMs, queries, dashboards, integrations, reports, upgrades, testing, and data migrations. The role documents the technical environment, reduces customization debt and external dependency, resolves production issues, and provides technical direction to partners.
