Build talent pipelines, source passive candidates, assess technical fit, manage ATS and recruiting analytics, support regulated (ITAR/AS9100/ISO9001) environments, and drive employer branding and TA best practices to support growth, M&A, and program launches.

The Toolmaker will build tooling assemblies and test equipment using various machine tools and handle job components, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

Lead transformation of quality from inspection to proactive operational excellence. Drive root-cause investigations (8D, 5 Why), CAPA, SPC, and process improvements. Support FAI (AS9102), ERB reviews, supplier and customer quality, MRB, and manufacturing readiness. Mentor teams, implement quality controls, and champion Lean/Six Sigma to reduce defects, scrap, rework, and Cost of Poor Quality while improving throughput and customer satisfaction.
