Serves as the senior HR leader for an aerospace and manufacturing site, partnering with leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, recruiting, leadership development, performance management, and change initiatives. Leads full-cycle recruiting, HR metrics, employee engagement, and site HR operations while guiding an onsite HR representative and collaborating with centralized HR teams on payroll, benefits, compliance, HRIS, and policy administration.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis by developing models, preparing budget-to-actual and cash flow analyses, reporting KPIs, performing profitability and scenario analyses, and partnering with cross-functional teams to inform business decisions and support strategic initiatives.

Perform FP&A activities including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance and KPI analysis, cash flow and capital evaluation, reporting to leadership, supporting cross-functional partners, and ad-hoc and M&A financial analyses to inform business decisions.
