Lead and manage the accounts receivable function including cash application, collections, credit, billing, dispute resolution, reporting, SOPs, and process automation. Drive Certinia adoption, optimize DSO and CEI, partner with Sales/Operations/Customer Success, support month-end close, and oversee team performance and compliance.

Provide administrative sales support: prepare estimates and quotes, handle customer inquiries, maintain sales records and CRM, coordinate with operations and finance, and produce sales reports to support decision-making and customer satisfaction.

Sell commercial overhead door and loading dock equipment within an assigned territory. Visit prospects and customers, conduct site surveys and measurements, prepare quotes and proposals, present solutions, secure orders, and support customers via phone and email.

Lead a 10-person AP team managing ~100,000 annual invoices across 12,000 suppliers. Oversee end-to-end invoice processing, payments, vendor management, reconciliations, 1099 reporting, month-end close, controls, and audit support. Act as Certinia SME, develop SOPs, drive automation and efficiency, and collaborate with procurement and operations.
