Identify and secure new commercial and industrial door business by generating leads, analyzing blueprints, preparing cost estimates, quoting projects, conducting onsite evaluations, negotiating and closing sales, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sell commercial overhead door and loading dock equipment within an assigned territory. Visit prospects and customers, conduct site surveys and measurements, prepare quotes and proposals, present solutions, secure orders, and support customers via phone and email.
