Lead IA analyst responsible for managing full lifecycle C&A/A&A using RMF and compliance tools, producing security documentation, guiding assessments (CCRI), leading FISMA reporting, mentoring junior staff, and providing risk-based security recommendations for DoD system integration.

Apply process improvement methodologies to align and improve enterprise-level processes across DoD/IC programs. Facilitate project teams, coordinate cross-team engineering efforts, transfer new processes through facilitation, training, interviewing, and knowledge transfer, and support estimating, planning, and tracking of projects.
