Own the Vonage Cloud Runtime product strategy, roadmap, GA readiness, AI enablement layer, and adoption growth. Lead usage-based pricing evolution, cost modeling, billing integration, and technical requirements with engineering. Engage enterprise customers and partners, improve developer onboarding, manage lifecycle governance, and conduct competitive analysis across serverless and communications API platforms.

Design, develop, and implement enterprise AEM applications using Java, HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, and related technologies. Build multilingual, multisite, and multichannel publishing solutions; configure AEM Cloud Service, Dispatcher, and deployment pipelines; integrate CRM, analytics, and headless APIs; optimize performance and security; conduct code reviews; mentor developers; and participate in Agile delivery. The role also involves modernization, testing, CI/CD, and applying AI coding assistants to improve software development productivity.

Support Vonage’s Agile transformation by coaching teams in Agile principles and practices, monitoring performance, removing impediments, improving collaboration, and supporting Release Train Engineers with SAFe events such as PI planning. The role requires strong communication, organization, resilience, problem-solving, and adaptability, with opportunities to develop toward a Release Train Engineer position.
