Manage day-to-day operations of a 28-bed residential recovery program for women: supervise Recovery Support Specialists, oversee scheduling, intake, therapeutic milieu, administrative functions, EHR documentation/audits, training, safety protocols, and collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver evidence-based, trauma‑informed care.

Provide recovery support navigation and community-based case management for high-need clients with mental health and substance-use disorders. Conduct assessments, create service plans, coordinate referrals (housing, medical, employment), follow up on engagement, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal and external providers to support a wrap-around care model.

Supervise therapists in a women’s residential substance use disorder program, providing individual and group supervision, clinical documentation review, chart audits, utilization review, staff training, and corrective action. Coordinate multidisciplinary case reviews, insurance authorizations, regulatory compliance, program procedures, stakeholder meetings, and on-call coverage. The supervisor may also maintain a client caseload and contribute to overall clinical quality and continuity of care.

Provide case management to low-income and homeless veterans: maintain caseloads, develop housing plans and budgets, conduct assessments, coordinate referrals with VA and community agencies, assist with benefits and applications, perform housing inspections, and document services within a trauma-informed, client-centered framework.

Supervise and support outpatient front-desk staff and clinic administrative workflows, ensure client access and scheduling, manage referrals and EHR tasks, perform outreach to community providers to increase referrals, assist with onboarding/training, support providers with administrative follow-up, and handle routine office management and quality-improvement activities.

Provide direct, community-based support to adults with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Perform safety checks, informal counseling, group support, intake/discharge tasks, medication oversight, clerical and household duties, documentation, and participate in trainings while maintaining CPR/First Aid certifications.
