Supervise master's-level clinicians in a women's residential SUD program, providing individual and group supervision, clinical documentation review, utilization review, training, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure compliance with agency and state regulations, support insurance authorizations, participate in on-call rotation, and may maintain a client caseload.

Manage day-to-day operations of a 28-bed residential recovery program for women: supervise Recovery Support Specialists, oversee scheduling, intake, therapeutic milieu, administrative functions, EHR documentation/audits, training, safety protocols, and collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver evidence-based, trauma‑informed care.

Provide direct support to adults in substance use and co-occurring disorder recovery programs through room/house checks, informal counseling, group support, medication oversight, intake/discharge assistance, household tasks, documentation, and crisis guidance within a trauma-informed, harm-reduction framework.

Provide recovery support navigation and community-based case management for high-need clients with mental health and substance-use disorders. Conduct assessments, create service plans, coordinate referrals (housing, medical, employment), follow up on engagement, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal and external providers to support a wrap-around care model.
