Directs the Supportive Services for Veteran Families program, overseeing case management staff, policies, compliance, grant reporting, financial assistance, eligibility determinations, outcome measurement, and community partnerships. The role ensures veterans and their families receive homelessness prevention, rapid rehousing, and supportive services while meeting funder and regulatory requirements.

Manage day-to-day operations of a 28-bed residential recovery program for women: supervise Recovery Support Specialists, oversee scheduling, intake, therapeutic milieu, administrative functions, EHR documentation/audits, training, safety protocols, and collaborate with clinical leadership to deliver evidence-based, trauma‑informed care.

Provide recovery support navigation and community-based case management for high-need clients with mental health and substance-use disorders. Conduct assessments, create service plans, coordinate referrals (housing, medical, employment), follow up on engagement, maintain documentation, and collaborate with internal and external providers to support a wrap-around care model.
