Lead supplier qualification, audits, and corrective actions to ensure components and services meet quality, technical, and regulatory standards. Drive root cause investigations, first article inspections, supplier change management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in partnership with Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality.

Lead and optimize end-to-end operations including manufacturing support, supply chain, logistics, project execution, and administrative functions. Build teams, implement scalable processes, drive OTIF, cost control, KPIs, compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering cross-functionally to meet global business objectives.

Lead facility administrative operations, supervise administrative staff, manage document control and compliance for audits, oversee facility services and vendor contracts, coordinate cross-functional support and onboarding, manage budgets, and prepare operational reports to ensure efficient, audit-ready site operations.

Support EBOS design for utility-scale solar: produce drawings, BOMs, basic calculations (voltage drop, conductor sizing), and documentation; coordinate with cross-functional teams, learn NEC code and manufacturability, and assist in technical proposals and value-engineering efforts.

Lead design and optimization of EBOS solutions for utility-scale PV projects, ensuring NEC compliance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency. Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings, perform electrical calculations, support proposals, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with sales, project engineering, production, and quality to deliver buildable, scalable designs.

Lead full project lifecycle from order intake to close-out, coordinating U.S. and China teams. Manage schedules, risks, engineering releases, production and logistics timelines. Drive standardized PM processes, reporting, continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and mentor project staff to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant delivery.

Build wire harnesses to engineering specifications in one of four process areas (Cutting/Prep, Crimping, Assembly, Test/Final). Operate production equipment, perform self-inspection and first-article verification, complete SAP confirmations (with training), flag quality issues, maintain 5S workstation standards, participate in meetings and continuous improvement, and cross-train in adjacent operations.

Hands-on test engineer responsible for designing and executing system-level testing, commissioning, and field validation of Battery Energy Storage Systems and microgrids. Build test setups, operate diagnostic equipment, troubleshoot integrated systems, ensure compliance with UL/IEC/NEC standards, coordinate certifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and testing processes.
