Lead contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, CLM, governance, equity administration, employment matters, international coordination, outside counsel, legal research, and proactive compliance solutions while partnering cross-functionally with leadership and finance.

Lead full project lifecycle from order intake to close-out, coordinating U.S. and China teams. Manage schedules, risks, engineering releases, production and logistics timelines. Drive standardized PM processes, reporting, continuous improvement, stakeholder communication, and mentor project staff to ensure on-time, on-budget, compliant delivery.

Hands-on test engineer responsible for designing and executing system-level testing, commissioning, and field validation of Battery Energy Storage Systems and microgrids. Build test setups, operate diagnostic equipment, troubleshoot integrated systems, ensure compliance with UL/IEC/NEC standards, coordinate certifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reliability and testing processes.
