Manages dealership finance and insurance operations, maximizing profitability and product penetration while tracking lender portfolios, reviewing deal paperwork, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting sales goals, enforcing proper selling methods, and scheduling the finance department. Provides professional customer service and maintains ethical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Generate appointments, quotes, and leads through outbound prospecting and lead management. Respond to customer inquiries, assist with vehicle selection, provide product information, maintain accurate activity records, support F&I lead generation, and deliver sold vehicles while creating an exceptional customer experience. The role includes Volkswagen training and offers growth opportunities. Prior experience is not required, though sales or customer service experience and Spanish-English bilingual skills are preferred.

Provides general office and administrative support, including filing, data entry, document processing, recordkeeping, and communications. The role also cross-trains in vehicle title and DMV processing, accounts payable invoice and expense tracking, and accounts receivable payment and balance management. This part-time position offers training and potential growth to full-time employment.
