Teams at Voices College-Bound Language Academies

Provides classroom coverage for absent teachers in a bilingual Spanish-English dual-immersion charter school. Implements lesson plans, manages student behavior, maintains academic and safety expectations, supervises transitions and dismissal, takes attendance, organizes student work, communicates student performance, and responds to emergencies. Requires collaboration with teachers and staff, strong communication and organization, and commitment to supporting students from low-income communities.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Special Education (Mild-Moderate) teacher responsible for implementing IEP-driven instruction, managing IEP caseloads, administering assessments, ensuring IDEA compliance, using data to drive instruction, collaborating with staff and families, developing curriculum and behavior supports, documenting student progress in SEIS, and participating in school-wide professional activities.

Provide district-level special education leadership: coach Education Specialists, ensure IEP compliance, manage SEIS data and audits, serve as LEA representative, develop SPED systems, deliver professional development, and support high-needs cases and bilingual learners across the Voices network.
