Provides classroom coverage for absent teachers in a bilingual Spanish-English dual-immersion charter school. Implements lesson plans, manages student behavior, maintains academic and safety expectations, supervises transitions and dismissal, takes attendance, organizes student work, communicates student performance, and responds to emergencies. Requires collaboration with teachers and staff, strong communication and organization, and commitment to supporting students from low-income communities.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Special Education (Mild-Moderate) teacher responsible for implementing IEP-driven instruction, managing IEP caseloads, administering assessments, ensuring IDEA compliance, using data to drive instruction, collaborating with staff and families, developing curriculum and behavior supports, documenting student progress in SEIS, and participating in school-wide professional activities.

Provide district-level special education leadership: coach Education Specialists, ensure IEP compliance, manage SEIS data and audits, serve as LEA representative, develop SPED systems, deliver professional development, and support high-needs cases and bilingual learners across the Voices network.

Leads a TK-8 charter school’s academic, operational, fiscal, and organizational performance. Supervises and evaluates staff, coaches teachers, manages professional development, oversees instruction and student progress, administers budgets and expenditures, and directs daily school operations. The Principal also handles compliance, student discipline and support meetings, facilities coordination, board and government relations, family and community engagement, and stakeholder communications.

Provide specialized instruction and interventions for students with IEPs in reading, writing, language, and math; draft and manage compliant IEPs in SEIS; collaborate with teachers, parents, and service providers; assess student progress, implement accommodations and behavior supports, and participate in school-wide curriculum and professional development.

Support the Principal by leading student services and instructional improvement. Oversee counseling, behavior interventions, MTSS/RTI, special education coordination, and data-driven coaching for teachers. Serve as acting principal when needed, run professional development, supervise staff, manage compliance, support enrollment and school climate, and coordinate with families and community partners to promote bilingual, rigorous instruction and student well-being.

Support the Principal by leading student services and instructional improvement. Oversee counseling, behavior interventions, special education coordination, MTSS/RTI, and data-informed interventions. Coach teachers, deliver professional development, coordinate assessments, supervise staff, and act as principal as needed. Foster a safe, inclusive, bilingual dual-immersion school culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
