Own and scale paid user acquisition across programmatic, CTV/OTT, Meta, influencer and affiliate channels; design performance media strategies; run experiments on creatives, bids and audiences; optimize mobile app acquisition, onboarding, deep linking and tracking; partner with product, analytics and engineering to build attribution and KPI dashboards.

Lead and grow a product design team delivering mobile-first experiences across iOS, Android, and web. Drive end-to-end product design, evolve design systems, champion UX research and accessibility, and partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence strategy and execution.

Lead consumer product strategy and execution across acquisition, search-to-checkout, loyalty, post-booking, and retention. Manage and mentor Product Managers, drive experimentation, analytics, cross-functional delivery, and optimization to increase conversion, engagement, and lifetime value.

Design, architect, and implement scalable backend services and APIs (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis). Optimize SQL and schemas, solve high-scale reliability challenges, integrate AI/LLM features, lead refactors, participate in code reviews and deployments, mentor engineers, and drive projects to production.

Lead and execute global paid search strategy, build and optimize high-volume campaigns, leverage AI and automation, analyze large datasets to find growth opportunities, and partner with Product, Engineering, and BI to improve acquisition and testing frameworks.

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for search/sort, cancellations, pricing, and content selection. Perform feature engineering, run A/B tests, collaborate on production deployment, and communicate results via dashboards to improve customer and financial outcomes.
