Manage and grow customer relationships, identify new business and sales leads, prepare proposals and presentations, meet sales targets, coordinate internal teams for timely delivery, maintain sales records, and monitor market and competitor activity. Support Qatarization eligibility requirements.

Lead end-to-end telesales and retention strategy to drive revenue, reduce churn, optimize conversion, and build a high-performance sales culture using data, analytics, CRM, automation, and AI-enabled tools. Manage pipelines, campaigns, stakeholder partnerships, compliance, and KPIs while scaling enterprise and consumer tele sales through process improvements, digital selling, and consultative approaches.
