Drive acquisition of new wholesale NBN customers across Australia by identifying prospects, developing strategic partnerships, leading consultative sales cycles, negotiating complex contracts, and exceeding revenue targets. Leads enterprise-wide credit risk, fraud prevention, collections, recoveries, payment assistance, and customer risk strategy across Energy and Telecommunications operations. Owns risk appetite, governance, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, transformation, analytics, third-party relationships, and large distributed teams. The role is accountable for bad debt, cash collections, fraud losses, customer outcomes, operating costs, and sustainable commercial value.

Provides Tier I and Tier II operational support for private 4G/5G wireless networks, including mobile core, radio access, transmission, connectivity, and user equipment. Troubleshoots network incidents, Layer 2/3 issues, and telecom infrastructure; monitors performance; supports deployments and configurations; documents incidents and procedures; produces operational reports; coordinates with vendors and customers; and participates in an on-call roster.

Supports the design, deployment, integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of private 4G/5G RAN networks. Performs radio parameter validation, RF planning, site surveys, testing, performance monitoring, documentation, and scheduled site activities. Collaborates with Core, Transmission, and support teams while developing telecommunications expertise through training and mentoring.

Manages medium-to-large telecommunications and private LTE projects from planning through delivery. Coordinates sales, presales, engineering, customers, and contractors; maintains project documentation, communication, quality, and delivery standards; handles escalations; supports process improvement; and mentors project coordinators and colleagues.

Design and develop responsive SaaS frontend applications for telecommunications platforms. Integrate APIs and backend services, translate product requirements into user-focused interfaces, improve application performance and security, and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle. Deploy and manage applications in AWS, maintain CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot integration issues, and collaborate with backend engineers, product teams, and network specialists in an Agile environment.

Designs, administers, automates, monitors, and supports highly available telecommunications infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing RHEL, Red Hat Satellite, Ansible, Python automation, VMware environments, Grafana monitoring, MySQL databases, RADIUS authentication, security hardening, incident resolution, and compliance. The role serves as a senior escalation point, supports 24x7 operations, contributes to architecture and technology roadmaps, and mentors junior engineers.

Designs, deploys, commissions, maintains, and optimizes 4G and 5G radio access and microwave networks. Responsibilities include RF planning, coverage and capacity analysis, spectrum planning, link budgeting, drive testing, KPI monitoring, troubleshooting, site integration, microwave path planning, antenna alignment, acceptance testing, and capacity upgrades. The role also supports private wireless networks, technology uplift programs, and adoption of next-generation technologies such as Massive MIMO, Carrier Aggregation, and Open RAN.

Operates and supports critical enterprise and carrier-grade voice infrastructure in a 24x7 operational environment. Responsibilities include service monitoring, fault diagnosis, incident management, service restoration, change support, customer and vendor coordination, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement. The role requires troubleshooting SIP, VoIP, PSTN, and unified communications services while maintaining availability, performance, resilience, and compliance with operational SLAs.

Leads the strategic direction, commercial performance, positioning, roadmap, pricing, lifecycle, and go-to-market execution for Vocus’s B2B Starlink and Mobility product portfolio. The role conducts market and customer analysis, defines value propositions, prioritizes product requirements, coordinates cross-functional delivery, supports launches and migrations, and monitors post-launch performance. It partners with Finance, Strategy, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and key customers to drive growth, profitability, adoption, and customer value.
