Drive acquisition of new wholesale NBN customers across Australia by identifying prospects, developing strategic partnerships, leading consultative sales cycles, negotiating complex contracts, and exceeding revenue targets. The role engages executive stakeholders, coordinates Product, Technology, Pre-Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Delivery teams, and ensures successful customer onboarding. It requires strong telecommunications market expertise, commercial acumen, pipeline management, and experience closing complex B2B opportunities.

Leads enterprise-wide credit risk, fraud prevention, collections, recoveries, payment assistance, and customer risk strategy across Energy and Telecommunications operations. Owns risk appetite, governance, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, transformation, analytics, third-party relationships, and large distributed teams. The role is accountable for bad debt, cash collections, fraud losses, customer outcomes, operating costs, and sustainable commercial value.

Provides Tier I and Tier II operational support for private 4G/5G wireless networks, including mobile core, radio access, transmission, connectivity, and user equipment. Troubleshoots network incidents, Layer 2/3 issues, and telecom infrastructure; monitors performance; supports deployments and configurations; documents incidents and procedures; produces operational reports; coordinates with vendors and customers; and participates in an on-call roster.
