Provide direct nursing care under the Nurse Manager: administer medications, observe for intoxication and side effects, document medical records, assist clients with care plans, perform health teaching/counseling, maintain medication accountability, participate in trainings and committees, and perform duties within scope of practice.

Support agency-wide quality assurance and performance improvement by extracting, validating, and analyzing data from eCW, eBO, AWARDS. Build clinical quality reports and dashboards (UDS), test EHR upgrades, optimize workflows, ensure HIPAA compliance, deliver EHR training, and support QAPI initiatives.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a nonprofit: source and outreach, partner with hiring managers, screen and interview candidates, ensure equitable candidate experience, strengthen employer brand, and represent the organization at events.

Manage clinical and operational aspects of a human services program, ensuring OASAS compliance, staff supervision, fiscal controls, quality improvement, community relations, and on-call facility coverage. Oversee records, reporting, training, and inter-agency coordination to maintain program standards and regulatory reporting.

Manage patient scheduling, insurance verification, check-ins, document scanning, and incoming calls for Health Services. Maintain patient records in ECW, collect co-pays, prepare deposits, coordinate supplies, liaise with staff and outside agencies, and support department operations while ensuring confidentiality and attendance at required meetings.

Lead day-to-day compliance operations across multiple facilities, supervise compliance staff, manage investigations and incident tracking, ensure regulatory adherence (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, OMIG), develop training, prepare regulatory responses and reports, and coordinate cross-departmental compliance activities in support of the CCO.

Provide front-desk administrative support for a behavioral health clinic: answer phones, confirm and schedule appointments in eCW, check in patients and update demographics/insurance, scan and manage confidential documents, collect copays, maintain supplies and equipment, monitor waiting area, and support staff and providers. Attend trainings and perform other duties as assigned.

Complete and manage Medicaid/HRA intake and re-application processes, determine eligibility via EPACES, arrange HRA interviews, monitor recertifications, assist with Managed Care enrollment/disenrollment, provide entitlements counseling, and report eligibility status to program leaders. Participate in trainings and professional development.
