Teams at Vocational Instruction Project Community Services, Inc.

Provide peer support to children and guardians to engage in care and recovery; manage and schedule provider appointments; update patient demographics and insurance in ECW; scan and file patient documents; answer and route calls; collect co-payments; liaise with schools and residential counselors; maintain confidentiality and perform general office duties.

Supervise and ensure delivery of clinical treatment services in an OASAS-certified residential substance use program. Oversee staff performance, provide training and direct supervision, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor documentation and quality assurance, manage admissions/discharges, conduct clinical observations and meetings, handle incidents and utilization review, cover Program Director duties as needed, and provide on-call and crisis intervention services.

Supervise nursing staff in an Opioid Treatment Program, ensure compliance with policies and regulatory mandates, oversee controlled substance inventory and Mobile Medication Unit operations, participate in hiring/training, assist with clinical care and medication administration, and support quality improvement and reporting.
